A limited edition shirt in conjunction with the team's 100th years anniversary celebration. This shirt production is limited on to 1500 pieces. The concept on this version of jersey is entirely black with golden colour lightweight silicone material for all logo and written.
Unfortunately, the 2021 season was a bad season for Perak FC when relegated for first time in history from upper leagues.
